The workshop focused on the implementation and operation of general adult education as well as vocational training at a distance. Jo-Annie presented the steps they take at Kitci Amik when they start a new program in a new community as well as essential conditions for success.

My name is Jo-Annie Labbé, organizational agent for FADA. I joined the CRÉA Kitci Amik school in 2018. I completed a technique in specialized education.
After 3 years supporting learners at Lac Simon, my tasks shifted towards external services when Wemotaci began receiving assisted distance training. With the arrival of multiple distance pavilions, as well as vocational training, my role became focused on the organization of external services.
