No, do not book a hotel room. We will make the hotel arrangements for you if you filled out the form and told us you needed a room.

If you did not fill out the form but do need a room, contact us right away and we will see if there are still rooms available.

Yes. Parking is available.

Take a ticket from the machine in order to enter the lot.

If you are staying at the hotel, let them know that you are using the parking lot when checking in and they will give you more info.

If you are not staying at the hotel, keep your ticket receipt and claim it when you do your travel claim.

There are no registration fees for the Symposium.

For travel costs, except the hotel (see above), fill out THIS TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT FORM.

To submit after the Symposium:

  • The Reimbursement Form
  • All receipts related to travel (ex: taxi, airplane, parking) – if there is no receipt, we can not reimburse.
  • A void cheque – you will be reimbursed via online banking.

Note – Do not claim your hotel stay from December 1 (check-in) to December 4 (check-out).  Do not claim breakfast or lunch on December 2 and 3, or breakfast on December 4, as they are provided.  Thank you!

Snacks and lunch will be provided during the Symposium on December 2 and 3. If you are staying at the Residence Inn, breakfast is also included with your stay.

You are on your own for supper and you can claim that when filling in your travel reimbursements – so keep the receipts.

Workshop descriptions and a registration form will come soon!

This year each of the workshop rooms will have simultaneous translation so you can participate with whichever of those two languages you are most comfortable.

Some of the workshops will be presented in English and some will be presented in French. All we be translated.
